We have had a lovely day today. We went to the “secret beach” and were joined by Mr SF’s brother, sister-in-law and their beautiful children.
We are on a little bit of a saving mission this weekend and so trying to do as much as possible for as little as possible. We spent about 5 hours there and only spent money on tea/coffee and ice cream. Best of all, the cafe at the “secret beach” give you your hot drinks in proper mugs, no plastic cups here 🙂
There was a lot of rock pool action today, although both of the mini people went head first into the water.
It was incredibly windy today though and my wardrobe choice of short shorts and a vest top left me wrapped in a blanket for most of the day, the only time I wasn’t wrapped in the blanket was when the girls were hiding under it in fits of giggles. The picture below is the only one I caught of them both under there, I completely under exposed it so have had to pull it back in Lightroom so the quality is not great, but I think you get the emotion from this nonetheless.
Before leaving the beach, no day would be complete without a mini person being turned upside down by Uncle SF:
I hope you all had a great Bank Holiday Sunday.
